Vandals struck at Allgayer’s Big Red, LLC, 1250 E. Jackson sometime between Tuesday, May 28, and Thursday, May 30 breaking 10 windows. Damage is estimated at $1,000.

Slade Ryan Long, 28, of 4325 Hwy. 71 North was booked at 3:22 p.m. Tuesday, May 28 on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

Jaymierson Fredrick Hampton, 39, of 263 Summit in Eagle Lake was arrested by sheriff’s deputies at 10:53 a.m. Wednesday, May 29 for possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone and tampering with evidence.

Devan Rae Rodgers, 22, of 692 CR 149 in Boling was arrested by WCSO at 11:14 p.m. Wednesday, May 29 for tampering with evidence, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

Xavier Gonzalez, 35, of 719 Alice was booked at 11:07 p.m. Friday, May 31 driving while intoxicated second offense and driving while license invalid. Processed, he posted $3,000 in bonds and was released the next day.

Eneas Mendez, 41, of 504 N. Fulton in Wharton was booked at 7:42 a.m. Saturday, June 1 for driving while intoxicated second offense.

Benjamin Lamon Baylor, 20, of 1185 Olivia was arrested at 1:59 a.m. Sunday, June 2 for driving while intoxicated. Processed, he posted a $2,000 bond and was released the same day.

Olvera Ubaldo Del Agua, 23, of 1317 Sam was arrested at 10:05 p.m. Saturday, June 1 for driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest, no driver’s license and making too wide of a right turn.

Oscar Gonzalez, 23, of 3970 Gerstner Memorial Blvd., No. 46, in Lake Charles, La., was arrested by state troopers at 11:55 p.m. Sunday, June 2 on an Hidalgo County warrant for driving while intoxicated.

Kristopher Scott Utz, 29, of 813 Ellen was arrested at 1:26 a.m. Sunday, June 2 for driving while intoxicated. Processed, he posted a $2,000 bond and was released the same day.

Jaime Alexander Servellon, 40, of 1511 Rebe was arrested at 2:22 a.m. Monday, June 3 for driving while intoxicated.

Garrett Nichols Ammann, 25, 205 Gary Circle was booked at 10:05 a.m. Friday, May 31 on a warrant for forgery.

Louis Garcia Ramirez, 51, of 525 E. Caney #B in Wharton was booked at 5:57 a.m. Saturday, June 1 for theft. Processed, he posted a $5,000 bond and was released the same day.

Shelby Tana Ramirez, 27, of 1509 Lilly was booked at 7:40 p.m. Saturday, June 1 on a warrant for theft. Processed, she posted a $1,500 bond and was released the next day.

Nicholas Cadena, 19, of 610 Lundy was arrested at 12:05 p.m. Monday, June 2 for burglary of a habitation.

Max Earl Brod, 57, of 10331 FM 442 in Boling was arrested by sheriff’s deputies at 5:46 a.m. Tuesday, May 28 for assault family violence. Processed, he posted a $2,500 bond and was released the same day.

Kevin Russell Malone, 50, of 1010 CR 243 in Wharton was booked at 5 p.m. Tuesday, May 28 on warrants for assault of a public servant, obstruction or retaliation and attempting to take a weapon from an officer.

Julio Lopez Ronquillo Jr., 45, of 1414 Jennie was arrested by state troopers at 9:31 p.m. Wednesday, May 29 for the violation of a bond or protective order.

Keisha Leann Gartica, 23, 831 W. Caney in Wharton was arrested by sheriff’s deputies at 10:03 p.m. Friday, May 31 for aggravated assault family violence with a weapon.

Robert Ortiz, 40, of 1204 Prosperity was arrested by WCSO at 10:37 p.m. Friday, May 31 for assault family violence and warrants for no driver’s license, possession of drug paraphernalia, having an open alcohol container in a vehicle, five for failure to appear and four for public intoxication,

Melvin Louis Thomas, 43 of 4411 CR 131 in Wharton was arrested at 5:03 Sunday, June 2 for assault family violence with a previous conviction and a warrant for no liability insurance.
