Arrest Clarification

The property owner at 406 Omega contacted the Leader-News Thursday to say 26-year-old Dean Delgado Jr., arrested for burglary of a habitation with the intent to commit a felony on Nov. 3, does not live at that address. The Leader-News printed the report last edition with the address taken directly from El Campo Police Department data.

Marvin Lee Cunningham Jr., 27, of 604 Wright was arrested at 11:23 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7 for possession of drug paraphernalia. Processed, he was transferred to the Wharton County Jail the next day.

Other

Sierra L’eole Jones, 18, of Richmond was arrested at 6:23 p.m. Monday, Nov. 6 for giving a false name when police stopped her vehicle on MLK Boulevard. Processed, she was transferred to county jail the next day. Once there, she posted a $2,000 bond and was released the same day.

Alejandro Alex Lopez, 21, of 211 Sentinel was booked at 1:20 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 8 on warrants for possession of a controlled substance, assault of a public servant, criminal nonsupport and resisting arrest.

Michael Mark Martinez III, 19, of Victoria was booked at 9:49 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7. He stands accused of cruelty to livestock animals in Wharton County as well as Victoria County, charges of engaging in organized criminal activity, burglary of a habitation with the intent of committing another felony. The arresting agency was the 100th District Court in Clarendon.

Michael Shane Patterson, 51, of 903 E. Railroad in Boling was booked at 3:35 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7 on a warrant for criminal nonsupport.
