Princeton Jamar Foley, 32, of 906 E. Hillje was arrested at 2:03 a.m. Friday, June 1 on warrants for failure to appear and possession of a restricted smoking material. Processed, Foley pleaded guilty, paid municipal court fines and was released.

Mauricio Hernandez, 17, of 1022 W. Second was arrested at 12:03 a.m. Saturday, June 2 on warrants for speeding, no driver’s license and possession of drug paraphernalia. Processed, Hernandez pleaded guilty, paid municipal court fines and was released.

Kerry Lee North, 54, of 912 Carolyn in Wharton was arrested at 12:24 a.m. Sunday, June 3 for possession of drug paraphernalia after officers stopped his vehicle in the 100 block of Hoskins Broadway. A silver pipe was found in his vehicle. Processed, he posted bond and was released the same day.

Destinee Lynette Pesina, 27, of 1222 E. Calhoun was arrested at 8:49 p.m. Friday, June 1 for failure to maintain financial responsibility as well as warrants for failure to control speed and assault by threat. Processed, she was held 48 hours and then released.

Vandals struck in the 1200 block of Sam on May 19 doing an estimated $2,000 damage.

Burglars stole a small amount of coins from a vehicle parked in the 500 block of Regency sometime between Wednesday, May 30 and Thursday, May 31.

Police are investigating an assault report filed in conjunction with the theft of $25 in windshield wiper blades at Walmart, 3413 West Loop, around 9:15 p.m. Wednesday, May 30. Theft suspects, El Campo Police Sgt. Jennifer Mican said, “ran over a cart and came close to hitting the loss prevention officer trying to get away.”

A knife was reportedly brandished during a disturbance on the grounds of H-E-B, 306 N. Mechanic, around 2:40 p.m. Friday, June 1. No injuries were reported. The suspect “pulled a knife on the victim in the store and threatened to kill him. They know each other and have had problems in the past,” Mican said.

An incident of family violence is under investigation in the 400 block of South Mechanic between 9:30 p.m. Sunday, June 3 and the next morning. No injuries were reported.

A gun was reportedly displayed during a disturbance at Zip In Zip Out, 1414 Palacios (FM 1163), around 1 a.m. Friday, June 1. No injuries were reported. The case involves two feuding groups. “Both parties stories were inconsistent,” the detective said, adding it remains under investigation.

A black Ford Mustang valued at $28,000 was reported stolen from the 600 block of FM 647 in Louise on May 30.

Burglars struck a building in the 100 block of Dove on May 31 stealing a Honda TRX recreational vehicle valued at $9,800.

Kelvin Levelle Clark, 32, of 312 Greely was arrested by sheriff’s deputies at 7:19 p.m. Friday, June 1 for marijuana possession. Processed, he posted a $2,000 bond and was released the next day.

Jarett Paul Drozd, 22, of 2806 Lindale Circle was booked at 6 a.m. Friday, June 1 on a warrant for driving while intoxicated second offense. Processed, he posted a $3,000 bond and was released the same day.

Justin Warren Fenton, 22, of 311 Greely was arrested at 7:19 p.m. Friday, June 1 for marijuana possession. Processed, he posted a $2,000 bond and was released the same day.

Daniel Saldierna-Reynaga, 43, of 122.5 FM 1301 in Boling was arrested by sheriff’s deputies at 9:50 p.m. Friday, June 1 for driving while intoxicated. Processed, he posted a $2,500 bond and was released the next day.

Gilberto Garcia, 24, of 1134 Faustino Garcia Road in Rosenberg was arrested by sheriff’s deputies at 12:51 a.m. Saturday, June 2 for driving while intoxicated. Processed, he posted a $2,000 bond and was released the same day.

Marcelius Deangelo Hall, 21, of 9611 Grant Road, Apt. 623, in Houston was arrested by state troopers at 2:35 a.m. Sunday, June 2 on a Harris County warrant for theft.

Steve R. Garza, 43, of 1823 Stadium in Wharton was arrested by the Texas Office of the Attorney General Criminal Investigation Division at 12:10 p.m. Friday, June 1 for two counts of possession with the intent to promote child pornography and five counts of possession of child pornography. He was held in lieu of $450,000 in bonds as of press time.

Erik Deshawn Kimble Jr., 19, of 1107 Otell was booked at 9:45 a.m. Friday, June 1 for aggravated assault family violence with a weapon.
