Amiee Boone, 20, of 316 E. Calhoun was arrested at 11:17 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 17 for marijuana possession and driving while license invalid after being stopped on East West. Processed, she was transferred to the Wharton County Jail the next morning.

Maria Gonzales Martinez, 54, of 1610 S. Mechanic was arrested at 9:50 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16 on a warrant for assault causing injury. Processed, she was transferred to county jail the next day.

Ronald Louis Barrow, II, 17, of 711 College was arrested at 3:45 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18 on a warrant for assault causing injury. Processed, he was transferred to county jail the next day.

Michael George Bauer Jr., 33, of 813 Spanish Camp Road in Wharton was arrested at 3:40 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16 for probation violation – theft. Processed, he was transferred to county jail the next day.

Jenna Renee Webb, 26, of 301 S. Wharton was arrested at 6:59 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16 for evading arrest after being stopped on Palacios. Processed, she was transferred to county jail the next day.

Eduardo Antonio Ruiz, 25, of 914 Main in Palacios was arrested at 12:35 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 17 for violation of a bond or protective order after being stopped at the Travel Inn & Suites, 809 W. Jackson. Processed, he was transferred to county jail the next day.

Property

Police are investigating a case of identity theft involving credit cards reported at El Campo High School, 600 W. Norris. The crime took place between Oct. 4 and 9. It was reported Oct. 17.

A small safe and less than $100 cash was reported stolen at Garden Villa Nursing Home, 106 Del Norte between 10 and 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16

Jacobi Rene Watkins, 21, of 8410 Como in San Antonio was arrested at 9:39 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 9 by the Wharton County Precinct 2 Constable’s Office for marijuana possession.

Randy Rene Acuna, 21, of 1483 Garcia was arrested by sheriff’s deputies at 11:10 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13 for marijuana possession. Processed, he posted a $1,000 bond and was released the same day.

Meliton Ortiz Jr., 25, of 605 Divide was arrested by sheriff’s deputies at 11:10 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13 for marijuana possession.

Amber Lynn Wells, 37, of 502 N. Richmond Road in Wharton was arrested by WCSO at 4:43 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 13 for possession of a controlled substance. Processed, she posted $5,000 in bonds and was released the same day.

Miguel Angel Macedo, 27, of 216 Dennis in Wharton was arrested by sheriff’s deputies at 2:14 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 14 for driving while intoxicated second offense. Processed, he posted a $5,000 bond and was released the same day.

Brandie Renae Cress, 36, of 2006 Divide was arrested by sheriff’s deputies at 5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 15 for driving wile intoxicated third or more offense.

James Anthony Dugosh, 41 of 122 Daniel Moore in Portland was arrested by state troopers at 5:57 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16 on a Nueces County warrant for driving while intoxicated third or more offense.

Leslie Jaqueline Reyna, 18, of 1216 East was booked on Tuesday, Oct. 9 on an Aug. 28 warrant for assault causing injury.

Virginia Castro Reyna, 39, of 1216 East was booked on Tuesday, Oct. 9 on an Aug. 28 warrant for assault causing injury.

Ryan Christopher Reyna, 17, of 127 Old Wharton Road in East Bernard was arrested by sheriff’s deputies at 10:22 a.m. Monday, Oct. 15 for terroristic threat.

Lamarcus Juwan Williams, 24, of 13820 FM 102 in Egypt was arrested by WCSO at 9:58 p.m. Monday, Oct. 15 for resisting arrest, failure to identify, interfering with public duties and running a red light.

Ricky Lareas Lawson, 59, of 110 Oberg in Ganado was booked at 12:41 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 11 for a parole violation.

Laray Glover, 38, of 2121 West in Wharton was arrested at 10:22 a.m. Monday, Oct. 15 for making a false report to law enforcement personnel.
