Gas Tanks Explode

Taken just moments after gas tanks on CR 452 exploded Tuesday morning, the image above shows not only the rolling flames before emergency crews arrived, but also the displaced tank. Initial reports indicated a lightning strike is believed to be to blame for the fire not far from the FM 960 intersection. El Campo volunteer firefighters called for assistance from several departments to help battle the blaze.
