LOUISE – The Hornets suffered a heart-breaking injury as senior halfback Jorge Aguilar strained a hamstring on a running play against Van Vleck in the last scrimmage before the season opener next week. Louise struggled to stay even keeled after Aguilar’s injury.

“We came out swinging, but lost Jorge on the first play,” Villanueva said. “He ran a toss right and should have taken it to the house, but pulled up with an injury.”
